...the US President Barack Obama failed to “pass constitutional muster” and ordered a temporary injunction to keep the military from locking up any person, American or other, over allegations of terrorist ties. On Monday, however, federal prosecutors representing President Obama and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta filed a claim with the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals in hopes of eliminating that ban.

Can Capitalism Be Fixed You Be the Judge

YBTJ (You Be the Judge) 03/20/2012

Can Capitalism Be Fixed”
WWWWHW. (who,what,when,where,how & why)
First of all let's agree what capitalism is and what capitalism is not... as defined through a number of sources Capitalism is; An economic and political system in which a country's trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit. That definition is given by Google the leader in information today via the internet. 'that's trick up already'

I am most grateful for Google though ...for a number of reasons its allowed, its a self teaching tool, and it was not about money. Capitalism is an archaic idea and with the definition given capitalism is controlled in my opinion. In which I am must grateful for its fore-thought and its role in educating not only America but the World. TY GOOGLE.com, Other sources such as; Dictionary. Com, Websters.com, and of course, Wikipedia the online reference engine which is also responsible for eliminating an outdated and archaic tool known as Encyclopedia Britannica or other known books of reference's approved through the mindset of the purest of the pedagogical elite. the only price we should have in learning is the desire and will to make humanity better for all human people.

With the surrender of Encyclopedia Britannica which were in the homes of the elite and used or accessible through schools, libraries, and other educated pedagogical institutions. Capitalism is broke, it is short of regulations for the average or below average American. Republican, Democrat, Independent or Anarchist. We have been conditioned to believe that along with Jesus Christ, God and democracy we need to have capitalism. Most people when asked about capitalism say that there is a need for capitalism, just like there is a need for freedom. Some believe through regulation and a more ethical culture, ethical corporatocracy and ethical aristocracy capitalism will and can work.

During the times of industrialization and the labor movement capitalism worked and was working. For some but not for all, as history shows. If the working men and women who were common workers, laborers some, but most were uneducated, who did not or could not organize...for them capitalism did not work. Especially those who were within the segregated or other than White group. For, Today I truly believe capitalism is an archaic idea and America as well as the Worlds economic system is due for a change however, we are not ready to see our system as a whole as needing change.

Many who have been trained and conditioned in this competitive capitalistic system think it can work and fail to see the handwriting on the wall. Would it be hyperbole or acting in the sane to make a change? As many people already know our system of language is not always absolute and linguistics can use words and has use words to say different things as well as having different meanings. 1 reference used

So when did capitalism come to the world as we know it or come to be. Was it during the guilded age of the late 1800's or during the 1400's hundreds when we were enlighten and started to come out of the dark ages which scholars penned the enlightenment age. History helps us to assess and analyze these times for benefit and or control whom ever may be in power. 2 (Ref: origins of capitalism) The results should be known and understood by someone like myself or even a 7th 8th grade student given the toolsand learned apps are needed. In order to learn the origins and the mistakes of capitalism the reference above sites the a brief history account of its early forms from Western Europe. To learn wwwhw (who, what, where how and why) about a noun person, place or thing … References used Google.com (which right away will raise eyebrows from academia) This was an exercise in the written word about a system that I do believe is archaic and needs to be put aside just like the horse and carriage, telegraph, records, 8 Track players and the Encyclopedia Britannica were put aside.

However, that will only happen went we the people of the U.S. and the World decide we no longer want the make believe as to having the truth. Explore the truth about humanism and what it is to be a Humanist. Reason Rally MARCH on Washington D.C. 'A Good Deal

PA Report 24th March 2012
Note: 03/25/2012
So many things are happening when it comes to human growth, development evolution, and staying in touch with the world. Many people may find current affairs or news a bit intimidating, and for some people it is. However, most don't really pay attention, unless they think that they can get some attention. Although, it can be safe to say many people are just caught up in their own life and dilemmas and don't have a clue! Sad but true... many people are so busy with JOB, family, and or relations they can't, won't or haven't a clue how to relate to people who don't or can't relate to a theological God or other related ideologies. The Reason Rally brings that into the open dialog
Being an atheist to me is a label and personally, labeling things helps in identifying as well as discriminating and other stereotyping additages that people may think up to label another human being with. Of course traditions, ideals, faith, mindsets, good, bad or indifferent come from us all. These are the things that happen in our Nation, State, County and Towns. Which effect and also affects us all knowing and unknowingly. Would it be hard to imagine that there is a God, not any more than it would be to imagine there is not a God. 10,000 people were said to be in union at the Reason Rally as reported by the TimesUnion news.
As well we are not just the progressives, liberals, antichrists, or some of the other names we are tagged with by mainstream media or the establish folks. Names used are easy and can set up automatic discrimination or bias. Which for me is calling people other than what they are or should be called human. Why do I have to be White, Black, Gay, Straight, Heterosexual, or conservative, republican, democrat or independent. Why can't I be human and not a catholic, lutheran, jewish or islamic person. why can't I just be that in which I really am and represent human kind. 'As Human plain and simple
Which for me is an active path towards communicating and eliminating bias, and or stereotypes. Lets face it... we all do it. I can hear the Sunday Morning services in the Christian houses of worship, especially those who feel that sensationalism will bring more blessing. The subjects covered at the Reason Rally to many people refute the religious ideologies coming from christian fundamentalists.
Is the Reason Rally a step in the right direction? For too long the world has been in the dark ages when it applies to human development, reason and divinity and our evolution. The March 24th Reason Rally is a start as well as a call to action where science, technology and facts. Show rational understandings to the root causes of human deficiencies not because we don't have God's blessing. Many speakers and organizers show a sense of solidarity ...by wearing red to match the scarlet letter "A" adopted by the community as a sign of solidarity, which touched on many issues that unite non theists — separation of church and state, science education, equality, rights for women and the influence of religion on politics, among them. Politics for all intensive purposes was a common theme, as many non theists are concerned about the religiosity of the Republican presidential candidates.
However, on the sidelines there were about 20 protesters. Bearing religious tracts and signs declaring the infallibility of the Bible, they vocally promised hellfire to nonbelievers. Stating ..."If they resist the gospel of Jesus Christ they will end up in a lake of fire," said Marvin Holmes, 70, who traveled from western New York with four people from three churches.
