President Obama fails to meet a
Constitutional Muster... 'What
does the U.S. Constitution say and
is
this a question... I'm looking 'personally at what works for all
people and not just those who are in the cliché or divine right.
There will and always will be persons who don't necessarily subscribe
to the ideals of the norm or American public view.
Yet
'he or she ...they were born here in the U.S.
Our
collective rights and human rights within as outlined in the BILL OF
RIGHTS are the First 10 Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and they
shall stand to unite 'I do believe We the People who stand as One
must prevail. That is the glue that unites our cause

President Barack Obama failed to “pass constitutional muster”
and ordered a temporary injunction to keep the military from
locking up any person, American or other, over allegations of
terrorist ties. On Monday, however, federal prosecutors representing
President Obama and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta filed a claim
with the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals in hopes of eliminating that
ban.
